WIP Tire Cover design

So my dad, thinking I am a much more talented person than I actually am, asked me to design a tire cover for his Jeep Unlimited |D

Problem is, he wants it like, Rat Fink style (which I have never done before) and I'm just GAH

I tried doing the guy and the gearshifter out the top, but that was just no, so I settled for making the front grille all GRRRRRR

Any pointers or suggestions are VERY welcome I need them XD
